In order to alleviate the breeding pressure on local farms in the Philippines, we have developed innovations and provided a new type of chain-type broiler raising equipment for broiler houses in the Philippines, which realizes the transition from flat farming to cage farming, making full use of the land space and improving the quality of the chickens. The scale of breeding has been increased from the original 36,000 chickens per house to 68,000 chickens per house, improving the competitive advantage.
We visited farms in the Philippines and found that some chicken houses have pillars inside and the chicken houses are 2.1m high, making it impossible to directly use ordinary broiler cage equipment. However, due to local policies and environmental influences, the use of cage equipment is a development trend. So we adapted to local conditions and produced this 2-layer chain-type broiler removal system, which has been officially completed in the Philippines. It will operate normally after the chickens are loaded in the chicken house. Fully automated breeding management has been achieved.
At the same time, the space inside the cage is increased to 334cm², and a set of cages can accommodate 135 chickens (slaughter weight is 1.8 kg). Equipped with automatic feeding system, drinking water system and automatic chain harvesting system, it makes catching chickens safer and easier.
Retech Farming‘s professional project design and installation team is at your service. The project manager will also regularly visit farm customers in the Philippines and can discuss project information with you locally.
